Min Zar Ni Co., Ltd was incorporated in 1993 and made its entry into seafood business and over the years evolved into a professionally managed seafood processor & exporter with integrated processing facilities and high quality RAW materials from our own farms (fish).
The group engaged in Sourcing, Processing and Marketing all varieties of fresh Frozen Seafood to the International markets. The first pioneer plant was established in 1995 in Yangon and at the present time, MZN has established three factories along the coastal fringe of Myanmar located in Yangon (Hlaing Thar Yar), Sittwe and Myeik respectively.

Our core business is processing Fishery products (Fresh/Sea Water Prawns, Sea Water Fish Fillets, Fresh Water Fish Back/Belly Gutted and Surimi) complying with Department of Fisheries guidelines and our own set standards and as per customer’s requirement which is in line with different market requirements worldwide.
Our company is an enterprise in a new generation dedicated to top quality, service and utmost reliability in selecting, purchasing, processing and marketing of fishery commodities. With decades of experiences and professional expertise, we are ready to respond any customer’s needs in ever increasing competitive international fishery businesses. To maintain our outstanding track record and high standards, Min Zar Ni has established a network of industry complex and wide range of infrastructures equipped with “State of the Art” technology matching global top enterprises, We aspire to produce fresh, good quality and safe goods for consumers by Producing, Storing and Distributing in accordance with the HACCP and GMP Principles so that all products from Min Zar Ni are free from biological, chemical and physical hazards which is safe for consumers’ health.

MZN Journey
The Found Year of Min Zar Ni Co., Ltd Establishment.
Established the first pioneer plant in Yangon (Ahlone Township) which is now operating as a Purified Drinking Water Manufacturing Plant.
Established 300 Ton capacity Cold Storage & Ice plant in Sittway, Rakhine State.
Established 1,000 Ton Cold Storage and Processing Plant in Yangon.
Awarded 1st Prize of FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization).
Set up Surimi Processing Line in Yangon factory, Expanded 300 Ton Cold Storage & Processing Plant, 250 Ton Fishmeal Plant and (2) Ice Plants in Myeik.
Established Aquaculture Business of Fresh Water Fish Farm in Ayerwaddy Division.
Achieved ISO 9001:2008 Certificate.
Achieved ISO 22000:2005 Certificate.
Extended 400 Ton new Fishmeal machine in Myeik.
Extended 600 Ton new Fishmeal machine in Myeik.
Established local farm products distribution of fresh meat, seafood, vegetable and imported products.
